One thing you can do to jump-start your success to quitting smoking marijuana is to WRITE DOWN YOUR GOAL on paper.

That’s right. Too many people talk about quitting smoking weed or dream about but they don’t write it on paper.

Studies have shown that when you write a goal down, you will more likely have a chance to achieve that goal.

…Even for me, I wrote my goal down about 3 months before I quit. I think I was high when I wrote it too! LOL!

Also, write down the DATE you want to achieve this goal by and also write down WHY you want to quit smoking marijuana.

After this is done, make sure to read that goal EVERY single day! This will shift your mindset to really become serious about quitting weed.
